हरियाणा के महेद्रगढ़ के गांव निंबी निवासी दिव्या तंवर जिनके पिता पिछले साल ही दुनिया को छोड़कर चले गए की कहानी आपको जोश से भर देगी जो अभावों में रहकर IAS बनना चाह रहे है उनके तैयारी के दरबाजे दिव्या की ये कहानी खोल देगी।
5वीं क्लास में नवोदय में एड्मिसन हुआ | 12TH गणित लेकर किया,इसके बाद B.Sc किया इसी दौरान उससे UPSC की पढ़ाई के लिए यूट्यूब पर TOPPERS के वीडियो देखे,उनके द्वारा बतायीं किताबें खरीदकर और पढ़ना शुरू किया जरूरत के अनुसार यूट्यूब से गाइडेंस लिया |
B.Sc होने के बाद एक स्कूल में बच्चों को पढ़ाया और घर पर बच्चों को टूशन भी दिया और अपनी IAS तैयारी भी करती रही इसी बीच उनके पिता जी का देहांत हो गया(2011 में)
यहाँ उनके परिवार का जिक्र भी कर देता हूँ वह एक कमरे के मकान में अपने माता-पिता और दो छोटे भाई बहन के साथ रहती थीं जो कि पहली मंजिल पर है खाना कमरे के बाहर गैस और चूल्हे पर बनता है यानि उनका परिवार बहुत साधारण है गुजर बसर हो जाता है बस, पिछले साल पिता जी के देहांत के बाद उनकी माँ ने भी दूसरों के खेतों में काम किया और अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण किया,दिव्या तो पढ़ा भी रही थी तो खाने के लिए और किताबों के खर्चे के लिए ज्यादा समस्या नहीं आयी
आखिरकार ऐसा कैसे हो गया कि एक तरफ दिल्ली रहकर तैयारी करने जा रहे लोगों का कई सालों में भी सिलेक्शन नहीं हो पाता वहीँ दिव्या का ऐसी परिस्थितियों में भी न केवल सिलेक्शन हुआ बल्कि पहले ही प्रयास में 438 वीं रैंक आयी और संभवतः IPS पोस्ट भी उन्हें मिल जायेगी। तो चलिए उन परिस्तितियों पर चर्चा करें जिसके कारण दिव्या ने पहले ही प्रयास में हिंदी माध्यम लेकर भी सफलता हांसिल की
1 – मुझे ऐसा लगता है दिव्या की तैयारी में जो सबसे बड़ा रोल अदा किया है वो किया है यूट्यूब ने यहाँ मैं बता दूँ आज सभी लोग यूट्यूब से स्टडी कर रहे हैं लेकिन काम का क्या है ये केवल कुछ ही लोगों को पता है दिव्या उनमें से एक है। दिव्या ने TOPPERS के वीडियो देखे वहां से BOOKLIST तैयार की,कुछ गिने-चुने यूट्यूब चैनल की सहायता से अपनी स्टडी शुरू की |
2 – हिंदी माध्यम में कम सिलेक्शन होने का कारण मात्र CSAT का क्वालीफाई न कर पाना है लेकिन दिव्या जिसने नवोदय विद्यालय में पढाई की है तो मैं आपको बता दूँ वहां एड्मिसन के लिए टेस्ट होता है जिसमें अच्छी खासी रीजनिंग आती है जो केवल टेक्निकल गिमाग रखने वाला ही हल कर सकता है इससे सिद्ध होता है दिव्या का दिमाग शुरू से ही रीजनिंग सॉल्व करने वाला रहा है फिर B. sc Maths से की है तो मुझे नहीं लगता CSAT के पेपर ने उसे परेशान किया होगा तो यहाँ हिंदी माध्यम की सबसे बड़ी बाधा CSAT में उन्हें कोई समस्या नहीं आनी चाहिए रही बात इंग्लिश की तो नवोदय में कोर्स इंग्लिश में ही पढ़ाया जाता है तो काम चलाऊ इंग्लिश दिव्या जानती ही है
3 – UPSC PRE पास करने के लिए दिव्या ने यूट्यूब पर कुछ वीडियो ऐसे देखे होंगे जो प्रश्नों को कैसे हल किया जाए ये बताते हैं और कुछ ट्रिक्स का भी सहारा लिया होगा लगातार सही डायरेक्शन में मेहनत होती रही होगी वैसे भी पहले एटेम्पट में फोकस बहुत ज्यादा रहता है और इस प्रकार PRE 2021 पास कर लिया होगा
5 – दिव्या को बिल्कुल पहली बार में ही सही गाइडेंस मिल गया और दिव्या PRE के लिए घर पर रहकर 5-6 घंटे ही देती थी दिल्ली में वह 8-9 घंटे देने लगी उसने कड़ी मेहनत की और अंतिम सफलता हांसिल की
इस प्रकार दिव्या ने हिंदी माध्यम में पहले ही प्रयास में सफलता हांसिल की।

After B.Sc, taught children in a school and also gave tuition to children at home and continued to prepare for his IAS, meanwhile his father died (in 2021)
Let me also mention her family here, she used to live with her parents and two younger siblings in a one-room house, which is on the first floor, food is made on the gas and stove outside the room, that is, her family is very simple. It is enough to survive, after the death of father last year, his mother also worked in the fields of others and raised her family, Divya was teaching, more for food and for the cost of books. no problem
After all, how did it happen that on the one hand, people going to Delhi for preparation are not able to get selected even in many years, while Divya was not only selected in such circumstances but also got 438th rank in the first attempt and possibly IPS post as well. Will get So let’s discuss the circumstances due to which Divya got success even in the very first attempt by taking Hindi medium.
1 – I feel like the biggest role played by Divya in preparation is done by YouTube, let me tell you that today everyone is studying from YouTube, but only a few people know what is the use of Divya in them. is one of Divya watched the videos of TOPPERS, prepared a booklist from there, started her study with the help of a few selected YouTube channels.
2 – The reason for less selection in Hindi medium is not only to qualify CSAT but Divya who has studied in Navodaya Vidyalaya, then let me tell you there is test for admission in which there is a lot of reasoning which is only to keep technical mind. Only the one can solve it, it proves that Divya’s mind has been a reasoning solver from the beginning, then she has done B. sc from Maths, so I don’t think CSAT paper would have bothered her, so here is the biggest obstacle in Hindi medium. They should not face any problem in CSAT, if we talk about English, then in Navodaya the course is taught in English only, then Divya knows how to run English.
3 – To clear UPSC PRE, Divya must have seen some videos on YouTube that explain how to solve the questions and must have resorted to some tricks. Lasts longer and thus must have passed PRE 2021
5 – Divya got the right guidance in the very first time and Divya used to give only 5-6 hours while staying at home for PRE, she started giving 8-9 hours in Delhi, she worked hard and achieved the final success
Thus Divya got success in the very first attempt in Hindi medium.
